We offer a spacious and very warm 40 sq.m. apartment in the modern Slavutych residential complex (Zarichna St, 4/2). The apartment features a stunning view of the lake and a large windowsill designed as a comfortable seating area. An identical two-room apartment is located in the same hallway, which is convenient if you are traveling with friends or family.
The living room includes a double bed, a sofa bed, and two wardrobes. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, built-in oven, fridge, microwave, and all necessary dishes. The bathroom has a shower cabin, a washing machine, and an 80-liter boiler. For extra comfort, underfloor heating is available for an additional 200 UAH per day.
Amenities include: air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, electric kettle, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and a vacuum cleaner.
Upon arrival, you will find everything needed for a comfortable start: bed linen, towels, slippers, shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent, and basic kitchen supplies like tea, coffee, and sugar. Further supplies are managed by the guests independently.
The complex was built in 2019 and is located just 2 minutes away from the Slavutych metro station (a new line). You can reach the city center in 10-15 minutes. The building has a 24/7 secured territory, a closed courtyard, a large playground, a fitness center, and plenty of cafes. The Dnieper riverbank and local beaches are just a short walk away.
