1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy sets out how personal data of users of the luxe-apartment.com website and the “Luxe Apartment” Telegram application (the “Website”, the “Service”) is collected, used, stored and protected.

Luxe Apartment is a service for selecting and booking apartments in Kyiv. By using the Website and providing your data, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and, for users from the European Union, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we collect

  • Contact data: name, phone number, email address, Telegram/messenger handle.
  • Booking data: check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, selected property, requests and comments.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, language, page-view data, cookies.
  • Telegram data: when using the mini-app — your public Telegram profile (name, username, identifier) provided by the Telegram platform.
  • Payment information: the fact and amount of a prepayment. We do not collect or store full bank card details — payment is made directly to an account or to the details of an authorised person.

3. Purposes of processing

  • arranging, confirming and supporting your booking;
  • contacting you regarding your request, check-in and payment;
  • providing information and consultation services;
  • improving the Website and quality of service;
  • traffic analytics;
  • informing you about offers and promotions — solely with your consent.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the following grounds: performance of a contract (arranging the booking); your consent; and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Service.

5. Cookies and analytics

The Website uses cookies and third-party analytics tools for proper operation and to understand visitor behaviour, in particular Microsoft Clarity, Google services (Google Analytics / Site Kit) and the GTranslate translation system. You may restrict or disable cookies in your browser settings; this may affect the Website’s functionality.

6. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Data may be used only to the extent necessary to provide the service:

  • property owners and managers — to the minimum extent needed to fulfil your booking;
  • technical providers servicing the Website on our behalf — hosting and the analytics services listed in Section 5 (Microsoft Clarity, Google). They act solely as data processors and do not use the data for their own purposes;
  • where required by law — to authorised state authorities in cases provided for by legislation.

Personal data is stored for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or for the period established by law. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.

The Service is intended for persons aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data of minors.
